During my years of making art I have explored a variety of styles, in my main research into ‘the abstract’ . This has direct links into the abstract within nature which I am constantly examining. Leaf net-veins and leaf structure are areas that have direct links to my past practical work experience.
A feature during this period was 2007, when I worked in a Kimberley Aboriginal Art Centre – as an educational experience this taught me ‘don’t be precious‘.
