During this year (Woombye) I tried another way to make marks; using collage and layering shapes from cut and torn paper. This was after a workshop with Australian artist, Judith White. Experimenting and discovering have always been important passions for me, these passions married beautifully with my work as a bushland regenerator and my ‘fusion with nature’. This had a strong influence in my paintings, I was ‘painting awe’.
