Following a ‘Painting Masterclass’ at the National Art School in July, I began to approach abstract painting with more confidence.
As a result a set of 4 small canvas paintings (July13) was selected as a finalists in the Kenilworth Art Prize. This confidence lead me to working on larger canvases and making bolder work in general.
