Over my 2014 Christmas break I completed a series of landscape drawings and paintings of Mudjimba Island and Mt Coolum, I have included them in 2015. Then in July I attended a workshop at Bathurst in ‘traditional landscape oil painting’ with acclaimed artist John Wilson. I wasn’t very good at producing traditional landscapes but did pick up some oil painting techniques which some I could transfer to acrylic painting.
