60x60cm works on canvas
Abstract painting continues as my main art research. I am developing a growing interest for and an understanding of minimalist aesthetics and non-objective processes and this in increasingly influencing my artworks. This group of 60x60cm paintings on canvas continue the series I started in 2018. They are painted on canvas that has been stretched over 10mm plywood boards, this gives a hard surface and the size is easy to spin around on my easel in the small studio.
