Not a week goes by without me making a scan or finding an urban shape to fit conveniently into my digital practice adding to my experimenting. This work unlike painting can be completed in a couple of hours and at any part of the day. I often plan to make a painting from these digital designs but then the digital takes on its own hard edged flat colour, and my spontaneous expressionistic painting process can’t improve on these digital designs.
